DIRECTION:
You should face the east side while doing Sun Salutation in morning (towards the rising sun). And in the evening, face west direction to practice it (towards the sunset).
WARM UP:
Your warm up should not be exhausting, it should be a mild exercise like walking, climbing, stretching. Your heart rate should be increasing while performing these activities.
EMPTY STOMACH
You should have an empty stomach. You can eat 3-4 hours before practicing it. You can also drink water 15-20 minutes before you begin.
